Volunteers make this event run smoothly, and we need your help in a variety of areas like beverages, special events, and more. Groups, friends, and co-workers are encouraged to sign up together -- the more the merrier! We'll make sure to work with your group on the best opportunity for you to volunteer together.

Help others enjoy the event and then enjoy the event yourself! All volunteers will get free entry for the day of their shift!

Gate Attendant / Entrance Gate
Attendants will collect entrance fees and attach wrist bands for people over 21. Depending on shift there are 2-3 people per gate. Volunteers will also “click” and count attendance to verify gate revenues. All volunteers that handle money are required to show their driver’s license to comply with nonprofit money handling procedures.

1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
10 p.m. to midnight
Special Event Coordinators
BBQ Bash will host several special events on various days. Hosts are needed to welcome, run activities, and make sure people are having fun.
Times:
Thursday (Best Ribs Event)
6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday (Sponsor’s Choice)
6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday (Kid’s Tent)
9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Beverage Tent
This is a “bartender” position. To serve alcoholic beverages volunteers must be 19 years old. Event areas include the beer area, Coke Beverage area, Beers Around the World Tent, VIP Beverage Area, and a Wine Bar. Serving in the beverage areas include serving keg-tapped beer, non alcoholic beverages and ready to drink cocktails.
